Located on Main Street and founded in 1886, Historic Claudio’s Restaurant offers fine dining on Greenport’s waterfront. This family-owned eatery offers indoor and outdoor seating with a classic nautical theme and their all-day menu includes a raw bar, unbeatable cocktails, and irresistible desserts.
On the first Friday of each month between June and December, Greenpoint’s art community, typically a handful of vendors, hosts a gallery walk. Each gallery stays open late, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in a romantic late-night stroll.
The Stirling Historical Museum is located in the Ireland House on Main Street and is open to visitors between 1pm and 4pm on weekends. Founded in 1946, the Stirling Historical Museum was created to preserve and pay tribute to the nautical history of Greenport village. The Ireland House is home to 1800s ovens, historic documents, and other educational resources, perfect for history buffs!
The Harborfront Inn offers guests a luxurious stay in the heart of Greenpoint village with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. After a day of shopping and submerging themselves in the local culture, guests can relax at the inn’s tranquil heated pool overlooking the waterfront and retreat to their suites with balconies or private terraces. Plus, guests can bring their dogs, as long as they’re under 50 lbs, for a weekend trip or vacation at the Harborfront Inn.
